Unfortunately, one product doesn't quite fit me and I want to return it. What do I do?

Can I combine two different Tazzels?

That’s the beauty of it: you can mix and match and create your own unique style with our easy-change system.

Are all products made of organic cotton?

Unfortunately, not all products can be fabricated out of cotton. But using recycled materials is also a great way of preserving and protecting our planet. We are constantly working on improving our processes and products to offer you the most conscious choice.

How do I care for my sustainable products?

We recommend following the care instructions provided with each product to ensure it lasts as long as possible. Most of our products are made with durable, sustainable materials that require minimal care. For fabric-based items, gentle washing in cold water and air drying is usually best to preserve their quality and longevity and is best for the environment.

Can I wash my Tazzels?

Absolutely! We only ask that you wash it gently in cold water and let it air dry to preserve the quality and longevity of the fabric. A short rinse under cold water is often sufficient enough!

Do you offer international shipping?

As part of preserving the environment, we only offer European-based shipping. We are happy to deliver our sustainably made products to customers all over Europe and therefore minimize long shipping distances.
